As HR Director at medical-technology leader Becton Dickinson, Noel implemented a talent-management strategy and led senior leadership-development programmes in Europe, Middle East and Asia (EMEA) and North America.
At Coca-Cola Bottlers Ireland, he co-led the launch of a new go-to-market model, supported by a competencies-based HR system.
